When you Wake up

36. When you wake up, as a first thing, wash your mouth, brush your teeth, blow out your nose and rinse your face. It will help you come out of the morning sickness quickly. Ablution is a superb way of starting your day as it immediately recovers you from morning sickness.

Hadrat A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) states: "We used to keep the water for ablution and the miswak ready for the use of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). By the Will of Allah when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) got up from sleep he used to clean his teeth with the miswak. Later, he performed ablution and then offered prayers." (Sahih Muslim)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to clean his teeth with a miswak on getting up from sleep. (Agreed upon)
A 'hadith says' when any one of you gets up from sleep and is going to perform ablution he should thoroughly blow out his nose three times, as the Devil passes the night in his nostril. (Sahih Bukhari)

37. Many people complain of having heavy head and a feeling of dizziness when they wake up in the morning. If you are among this type, try starting your day with the praise of God and you will immediately see the difference by waking up and staying more energetic all day long.

Allah's Apostle said, "During your sleep, Satan knots three knots at the back of the head of each of you, and he breathes the following words at each knot, 'The night is, long, so keep on sleeping,' If that person wakes up and celebrates the praises of Allah, then one knot is undone, and when he performs ablution the second knot is undone, and when he prays, all the knots are undone, and he gets up in the morning lively and gay, otherwise he gets up dull and gloomy. " (Sahih Bukhari)
