Women value love, communication, beauty, and relationships. They like to spend time in caring, supporting, helping and nurturing their partners. Their self-esteem is determined through their feelings and the quality of their relationship with their spouse. They experience fulfillment through sharing and relating. If you do not let them engaged in what they are made for and what serves their needs, they will never be fulfilled. In fact, what I have realized is that women who engage in a teaching or medical profession and can also balance their family lives with it, are much more happier in their relationships, since their basic needs are being fulfilled through their professions.
